ボンゴ･シリーズに、アーニーボール･ミュージックマンで初となる6弦ベース“BONGO6”が誕生しました。その個性的なシェイプはBMW USAのデザインチームによってデザインされています。スケールは34”（864mm）で、弦ピッチはスティングレイ5と同様の17.5mmピッチとなっており、スレンダーなネック・グリップと相まって、とても弾きやすい6弦ベースとなっています。4弦のボンゴと同様の18ボルト仕様のプリアンプ、4バンド･イコライザー、さらに、ネオジム･マグネットを採用したオリジナル･ ピックアップを組み合わせることで、力強くフレキシブルなトーンを特長とし、HH、 HSのラインナップがあります。ドリームシアターのジョン･マイヤングが、最新のステージでボンゴ6を使用し、そのサウンドと性能、そして、そのプレイアビリティの高さを証明しています。

The Bongo’s uniquely shaped body design is built for comfort and allows unparalleled access to all 24 high profile frets. The maple neck is outfitted with an ebony fretboard, half-moon inlays, and a custom neck carve, providing an ultra-comfortable playing experience.
Ernie Ball Music Man custom-designed humbucking pickups feature powerful neodymium magnets, bringing you more output and a wider range of sounds.
Lightweight tuning machines create a more balanced neck while providing ultra-reliable tuning stability.
An 18-volt 4-band preamp with extra clean headroom lets you dial in everything from modern punch to classic, vintage tones.
Hand-selected body and neck woods are sustainably sourced from our network of hardwood suppliers worldwide. Basswood, ebony, and maple tonewoods are individually chosen and matched for their beautiful appearance and rich tonal qualities.
